I don't think his buddies really cared what he was wearing, he was in the fight with them.
His boxers will be displayed in the 1st Infantry Division museum at Fort Riley, Kansas. I am sure that they will be drawing attention for years to come.
I am glad that he is now at home, and I hope that all of you will join me in thanking him for his service.
