...or the beginning of a new one until January 1, 2011.

Let's all count together:

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10

NOT:

0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9

So, you have another whole year before you do your "Wrap-up of the Decade", "Best and Worst of the Decade", and "First Ten Years of the New Millennium" TV specials.

(As you can probably tell, this is one of my personal pet peeves.)
