Okay, tamales, I know. But, what is posole?? Guess I could google it.
Around here, the only "tradition" is change---we do things different every year as our sons come and go. This year, firstborn and the only grandbaby drove through on their way to see even more relatives on her side before Christmas, so our Christmas was celebrated a few days early. This left the actual day kinda quiet.
